Earthy, intriguing, and mysterious. This sauce is dark and elusive - New Mexico red chile and ginger for dry heat, while cranberry and mustard skulk in the imagination. 

Suggested matches: A turkey dinner. Great for BBQ, as is or mixed. A BLT or Z(zucchini)LT. Mix into a Greek Salad. Great on a charcuterie board. Excellent with salty cheese and assorted nuts.  

Ingredients: Water, white vinegar, dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, refined sunflower oil), red chile powder, carrots, onion, ground mustard, salt, green beans, garlic powder, ground ginger.
