This ones for the diehards. Locally sourced peppers and onions fermented in a salt brine, combined with organic garlic powder and vinegar to create this line of Apicklelypse products. I wanted to get back to the basics of making hot sauce, with minimal ingredients, letting the peppers and fermentation do most of the flavor work.  Simple. Clean. Delicious. This is what Apicklelypse is all about. Healthy, flavor forward sauces that you just cant get enough of. 

Flavors: Jalapeno, Red Jalapeno, Pineapple & Grilled Onion, Fresno W/ Chipotle & Ghost Pepper

Jalapeno ingredients: Jalapeno, vinegar, red onion, olive oil, salt, organic garlic powder.  (Similar to Green Tobasco) Medium heat. 

Red Jalapeno ingredients: Red jalapeno, vinegar, yellow onions, salt, organic garlic powder.         (Think Louisiana style hot sauce) Medium heat.

Pineapple & Grilled Onion ingredients: Jalapeno, vinegar, yellow onion, salt, organic pineapple, olive oil, organic garlic powder. (Great on pizza and fish) Medium heat.

Fresno W/Chipotle & Ghost Pepper ingredients: Fresno pepper, vinegar, red onion, salt, organic garlic powder, Chipotle powder, Ghost pepper powder. (Dynamic and smoky - think gourmet steak sauce) Lingering medium to hot heat.
